Trucking and Transportation – We have an abundance of expertise working with the trucking and transportation industry. We can help satisfy financial statement reporting requests from bankers and lenders.
Contractors– We are knowledgeable of the licensing and renewal requirements of the Arkansas Contractor Licensing Board and consult with a variety of contractor clients to determine the most cost-effective services needed to satisfy the financial statement requirements of license renewal and bonding, such as with balance sheet only reviews and compilations.
Nonprofit Organizations – We provide financial statement services to meet the needs of nonprofit organizations such as by issuing accountant’s reports required by lenders or to accompany the charitable organization filings required by the State of Arkansas.
Water and Sewer Departments – We conduct Yellow Book audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards as well as perform agreed upon procedures to meet governmental loan and Arkansas Legislative Audit requirements.
Employee Benefit Plans – We provide 401(k) audits in accordance with Department of Labor requirements for the form 5500 filings of large plans.
