Committed to Giving Back
At Bell & Company, we believe in more than just delivering exceptional accounting services — we believe in giving back to our community on a local, regional, and global scale. Our dedication to community service is reflected in the initiatives we champion and the causes we support.
A significant part of our community engagement is driven by our Community Service Committee. This committee is tasked with carefully selecting local organizations to support each year, ensuring that our contributions make a meaningful difference. Through their diligent efforts, we allocate funds to a variety of causes, reflecting our commitment to giving back and supporting the community. Our community service endeavors are a testament to our belief in the importance of community involvement and making a positive impact beyond our professional services.

“We recruit employees who have a history of public service in their resume. It is important to me that we find a way to give back and support our local community. Giving is a teaching tool, and I think our employees have embraced this. ”

Building a Legacy Through Education
In addition to our direct community service, Bell & Company is proud to support education and future leaders. Our endowed scholarships at the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) William H. Bowen School of Law demonstrate our long-term commitment to building stronger communities through education.
These endowments, managed through the Arkansas Community Foundation , play a crucial role in sustaining educational opportunities for students, helping to grow the next generation of professionals who will contribute to the community and economy of Arkansas and beyond.
Our partnerships and contributions through the Arkansas Community Foundation exemplify our dedication to fostering growth and opportunity within our community. By supporting local initiatives and educational scholarships, we are helping to build a brighter, more prosperous future for all.
The Stephens Bell Endowment, funded by Bell & Co., is established to fund The Stephens Bell Master of Accountancy (MAcc) Scholarship at the University of Central Arkansas. This is a competitive scholarship awarded to one deserving Master of Accountancy student based on a personal statement.
The Department of Accounting at the University of Central Arkansas has as its primary mission the provision of a high quality undergraduate major. The curriculum is designed to provide students with a strong theoretical foundation such that they will be well prepared to become life-long learners who can evolve professionally with the inevitable career changes they will encounter. As a result, our students, faculty and alumni are active in the profession and the community in a variety of ways.
